David Michael Lowe was born in Denton, Texas. David is a 1986 graduate of the University of the Ozarks, Clarksville, Arkansas, where he graduated with honors (magna cum laude) in obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree. While in college, David was awarded a three-year ROTC scholarship and was commissioned through ROTC in May 1986 into the Army Reserve as a Second Lieutenant of the Adjutant General’s Corps. David deferred his entry into the military to study law at the University of Arkansas School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor in May 1989. Matthew Dreesen has more than 17 years of experience handling trial litigation. He began his career as a state prosecutor and later served as the County Attorney for Cedar County, Nebraska. He also worked for a prestigious St. Louis law firm as a railroad defense lawyer.
